Microneedling is a highly effective skin rejuvenation treatment that uses fine needles to naturally stimulate your body's production of collagen and elastin. At HNL Acupuncture + Wellness we incorporate radiofrequency (RF)  to our microneedling treatments to enhance results. RF microneedling can result in the elimination of lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and acne scarring, as well as improve skin tone and texture.

RF microneedling is a minimally invasive, relatively painless procedure with little to no downtime. Skin improvement is usually seen in 3-4 weeks after your treatment, which is the time it takes for collagen production to kick in. Most patients require 3-6, once a month treatments for best results, and results may last for 1-2 years. Some patients may need occasional maintenance treatments depending on needs and goals.

What to expect at your appointment:

Numbing cream will be applied to your face and neck for 20 minutes. Your skin will then be cleaned and prepped. A special microcurrent treatment will be used on face and neck followed by RF microneedling of face and neck. Treatment ends with LED red or blue light therapy.
